Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026. These terms apply to products and services sold by TinyOps Studio LLC, including through third-party checkout platforms.
Orders and scope
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. The product page, checkout description, and any written scope in the platform thread define what is included. Work outside that scope requires a separate written quote.
Workflow audit delivery
The AI Workflow Automation Audit covers up to three workflows and is delivered in writing within three business days after complete intake. It includes analysis and an implementation plan, not production deployment, software licenses, credential handling, or a live call unless the order expressly says otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate, lawful, and reasonably complete information. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, sensitive or legally protected information, or anything you are not authorized to share. Delays in complete intake may move the delivery date.
No guaranteed outcome
Recommendations are based on the information supplied and do not guarantee savings, revenue, system uptime, or a particular business result. Products and services do not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
Intellectual property
Customers keep ownership of materials they submit. After full payment, the customer may use the delivered report and project-specific specification for its internal business purposes. TinyOps Studio retains its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and general know-how.
Refunds and corrections
The Return and Refund Policy applies. If a delivered audit is materially incomplete compared with the stated scope, contact support within seven days so TinyOps Studio can correct it or provide an appropriate refund.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, TinyOps Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
Platform terms and changes
Third-party checkout and payment platforms may apply their own terms. TinyOps Studio may update these terms for future orders; the version in effect when an order is placed governs that order.
