Privacy Notice
Effective August 1, 2026. This notice covers TinyOps Studio LLC product purchases, workflow-audit requests, checkout questions, support messages, service delivery, and first-party site measurement.
Information collected
Depending on the order, TinyOps Studio and its service providers may process contact details, order and payment status, tax or VAT details, checkout answers, workflow descriptions, support messages, delivery files, and basic usage or fraud-prevention data. Payment card details are handled by the payment platform and are not stored by TinyOps Studio.
First-party site measurement may record the page path, an engagement or checkout event, referring domain, campaign tags, and a random per-tab browser-session identifier stored in sessionStorage. The identifier is not based on an IP address, fingerprint, account, or personal detail, expires when the tab session ends, and is used only to estimate anonymous browser sessions. Engagement events are retained for up to 90 days.
How information is used
- Process orders and deliver products or services
- Communicate about intake, delivery, corrections, refunds, and support
- Secure accounts and prevent fraud or abuse
- Maintain accounting, tax, transaction, and dispute records
- Improve service quality using aggregated or de-identified operational information
Service providers and sharing
Information may be shared with checkout, payment, email, hosting, storage, analytics, and automation providers only as needed to operate the service. TinyOps Studio does not sell customer personal information or share it for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Customer choices
Do not submit passwords, secret keys, sensitive or legally protected information, or anything you are not authorized to share. Contact TinyOps Studio to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Children and changes
Products and services are intended for business customers age 18 or older. This notice may be updated as services or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
