Curriculum and pathways
Map the six-to-eight-hour AI Industry Accelerator, the two-to-three-hour Career Readiness workshop, five occupational pathways, learning objectives, hands-on exercises, assessments, take-away resources, and completion credentials.
Live delivery and accessibility
Evidence in-person and live remote capacity, a 30-day launch, instructor coverage, multi-region scheduling, captions, accessible documents and platforms, language access, participant support, and continuity plans.
Data, reporting, and AI governance
Define attendance verification, completion records, surveys, monthly reporting, quarterly curriculum review, approved systems, restricted-data rules, privacy, cybersecurity, output verification, incidents, and audit readiness.
Commercial and submission package
Control the 30-page narrative, cover sheet, staffing, work plan, three references, sample materials, assurances, exceptions, per-participant and cohort pricing, travel, software, volume discounts, and final email submission.
Evaluation traceability
Join each scored criterion to proof, an owner, and a final check.
The panel allocates 25 points to curriculum and pathway design, 20 to understanding and technical approach, 15 each to experience, delivery quality, and cost effectiveness, and 10 to data, privacy, and AI governance.
Use public, synthetic, or properly redacted material for response QA. Do not provide TinyOps with participant records, credentials, confidential client information, or protected data.
