TinyOps Lead Follow-Up Template

Use this when leads are already tracked in a spreadsheet but follow-ups get missed.

Files:
- lead-follow-up-template.csv: starter columns for lead stage, last touch, next follow-up date, next action, owner, value, and notes.
- daily-follow-up-reminder.gs.txt: Google Apps Script starter that emails rows due today or overdue.

Setup:
1. Import the CSV into Google Sheets.
2. Rename the tab to Leads.
3. Open Extensions > Apps Script and paste the reminder script.
4. Run sendDailyFollowUpReminder once to authorize it.
5. Add a time trigger to run it every weekday morning.

Columns that matter most:
- next_follow_up_date
- next_action
- lead_stage
- owner
